You will need to register your utility billing account by creating a user name and password
. You must have the last four digits of your social security number as well as a valid email address. In order to use this service you will also need to have your utility billing account number available along with your utility billing pin number which are both located on your paper bill received from the City of Anna Utility Billing Department. Once you have created your online profile, you will receive an email with your user name and password. Please print this email for safe keeping. The City of Anna will not have access to that information. Please follow all instructions that the email provides.
Please be advised that once you have created your online account you will no longer receive a paper bill
from the City of Anna Utility Billing Department.
Once all meter readings have been completed and bills calculated for your billing cycle (the City of Anna has two), you will receive your water bill electronically by email. An email alert will be sent to you where you can view your bill at anytime.
You may pay your water bill by Visa, Mastercard, or Discover online and in our offices. The City of Anna does not currently charge a fee for credit card transactions. All payments are received daily and posted to the account after 4:00 pm. Any payment received after 4:00 pm will be received the following business day. After you have paid your utility bill by credit card, you will receive a confirmation number. Please write this number down or print the paper for your records. The City of Anna cannot be responsible for electronic glitches. If for any reason you are not able to use the on-line bill pay system, your bill is still due, and you will need to use another method to get your payment to us.
