Rezone 275± acres located at the northwest corner and southwest corner of future Rosamond & future Ferguson Parkway to residential & commercial zoning. Currently zoned Agricultural District (AG).

Scheduled for the October 5, 2020 Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting and October 27, 2020 City Council Meeting.

Villages of Hurricane Creek

Rezone 369± acres located on the west side of future Standridge Boulevard, 662± feet north of West White Street (FM 455) to Planned Development SF-60 Single Family Residential District, SF-Z Zero Lot Line Residential District, SF-72 Single Family Residential District and SF-84 Single Family Residential District. The proposed zoning would allow for a maximum of 881 single-family lots.

Planned Development 689-2015 (PD-SF-84). The current zoning can be accessed through our interactive zoning map (https://www.annatexas.gov/1148/City-Maps). The current zoning permits 654 single-family lots.

Text Amendments

The Planning & Zoning Commission and staff work together to ensure that development regulations guide development as the community desires. Amendments to the Zoning Ordinance is required by state law to hold public hearings by both the Planning & Zoning Commission and City Council.

Current

At the September 1, 2020 meeting, the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval of amendments to the signage regulations. It is scheduled for the September 22, 2020 City Council meeting.
