Request to rezone 65.0± acres located on the south side of West White Street 1,293± feet west of Oak Hollow Lane in order to amend existing planned development standards. Zoned: Planned Development-129A-2004 and Planned Development-667-2014.
This request is to repeal the existing planned development zoning and replace with a new planned development and concept plan for commercial and residential uses is very similar to what is currently allowed. The proposed standards requests a variation for multiple-family residence standards for increased height and establishing a higher maximum unit count.
Request to rezone 34.3± acres located on the west side of U.S. 75 and 691.3± feet south of Mantua Road (CR 370) to Planned Development- General Business District. (PD-C2). Zoned: SF-E-Single Family Estate (SF-E).
This request includes commercial, multifamily and single-family, attached as allowed uses and prohibiting automotive uses. The proposed standards requests a variation for the multiple-family residence standards for increased height and establishing a maximum unit count and variation for the single-family, attached standards.
A Public Hearing for this item will be held on May 26, 2020 at City Council.
