An application and $150 deposit are required for water, sewer, and trash service. The deposit will be billed to your account and then is held until service is terminated, upon which the final bill is taken out of the deposit and a refund is issued (if applicable). A $10 turn on fee is applied to the 1st month's water bill as a one time fee.
Please be aware, trash and recycling carts are the customer's responsibility to return. If your bin is missing at the end of your service needs a $75 fee will be charged.
