Street light maintenance is based upon service area. Each subdivision is within either GCEC or Oncor service areas.

The City of Anna Maintains most GCEC street lights. Below is a link for GCEC light outages, which will allow you to email City staff to report the outage. The link for Oncor will take you to the Oncor Website where you can report an outage in their service area.
