The City of Anna recently installed a payment kiosk that is able to take payments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. While we continue to offer ACH and online payments we will discontinue the use of our payment drop box after the first of the new year. For those customers who have grown accustomed to the drop box, the payment kiosk can fulfill the same function and you have peace of mind knowing your bill has been paid.
The process to submit your payment through the kiosk is simple and occurs rather quickly. All you need to know is your house number and last name, or your account number. Simply follow the on screen prompts, enter the required information, and you can submit your payment 24/7 via the payment kiosk.
