Previously, the City of Anna Utilities Office sent out information in regards to the City changing payment processors for e-commerce for utility billing payments effective June 1, 2017. We have received several calls with questions regarding charges from PAYPAL on customers statements. This is a reminder of the changes you will see.
When you log into your e-commerce online account to make a payment, you will see that you have the option of using your PayPal Account or entering in your credit card information under the guest check out fields. When the payment has been made you will receive an email notification of the payment information and also letting you know that the payment will show up on your credit card statement or PayPal account as “PAYPAL *USTI EPAY”. Below is an example of this statement before you select the option to pay.
