Qualifications for professional design-build services will be received by the City Manager’s office of the City of Anna, Texas until 4:00 p.m. December 1st, 2011 for the purposes of hiring a design-build firm for the remodel, rehabilitation and/or repair of said property located at 312 North Powell Parkway/AKA Old Post Office.
Sealed Qualifications submittals should be marked “City of Anna/Anna EDC Design Build Qualifications Package for Building Remodel” on the outside package and should be delivered to:

Qualifications criteria package includes further detailed information on the project and can be obtained at the office of the Anna Economic Development Corporation listed above. The Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject in part or in whole any qualifications submitted, and to waive any technicalities for the best interest of the Anna Economic Development Corporation.
