2. Instructions

   Neighbors, thank you for choosing to serve the City of Anna on a board or commission. This year, we held a Boards and Commissions Orientation for the first time for a few reasons. First, as our city continues to grow, we recognize a need to better prepare our board members for the increasing number of projects they will see before them. We also recognize that training takes time away from regular board meetings and that it's beneficial to be able to meet your peers, staff liaison, and council liaison beforehand to ensure the team starts off on the same page. 

   That being said, please let us know what worked and what didn't so next year's will be even better.
