HOA and Neighborhood Leadership Engagement

The City hosts educational events such as the North Collin County Neighborhood Conference and a HOA legal clinic to provide relevant and interesting information to HOA leaders in the community. Check the City Calendar for these quarterly events.

Veteran's Recognition Program

With this initiative, we strive to highlight those who have served in the Armed Forces and provide a way for the City and Neighbors to thank them.

Signs will be available for pick up beginning October 25, 2025. Signs can be delivered, if needed. Please contact the Community Enhancement office.

The We Notice! initiative serves to recognize a property in the City of Anna that has gone the extra mile to show pride of ownership. Each month Neighborhood Services will select a property to recognize for their effort and role in keeping Anna beautiful.

Pop-up Beautification Days

Neighborhood Services could be hosting a beautification day in your neighborhood! During this time, a dumpster will be provided for bulk trash*.

Staff will be onsite with promotional items and to answer any questions.

During this event a special project will be identified in advance that volunteers will assist with.
