Police Crash/Accident Reports
Crash Reports
Request a copy of an accident report online.
Using the Crash report Online Purchase System, you can search for and purchase Certified copies of your Texas Peace Officer’s Crash Report (CR-3).
Accident/crash reports are not available until 3 to 10 days after the accident occurred.
The cost for an uncertified electronic copy of a Texas Peace Officer’s crash report is $6 and $8 for a certified electronic copy.
Public Records
In accordance with the Texas Public Information Act (PDF), all requests for public information must be made in writing. A written request should reasonably identify:
1) the records needed; and,
2) should indicate a mailing address, phone number, or other means to contact the requester regarding the request made.
Please use the links below for requests for records from the City of Anna. Upon receipt, the City will begin processing your request in the order received. Requests should be for documents, or other information that is already in existence.
The City of Anna is not required to answer questions, perform legal research, or comply with a continuing request to supply information on a periodic basis. The City of Anna may, however, ask for clarification of requests if it is uncertain as to what is being requested. Some records of the City of Anna may be exempt from disclosure as provided by law.
