How can I find out how my property is zoned?
You can determine the zoning of a property by looking at the zoning map (on webite)
Then refer to Part III-C of the Code of Ordinances for District Regulations. Additionally, you can call the Planning and Development Department at 972-924-3325 or send an email to Maurice Schwanke (see staff directory) if you need additional information regarding zoning.
