The City of Anna currently partners with TML Health Benefits and Guardian to provide health, dental, vision, and prescription insurance to all full-time eligible employees.
The city offers vacation and sick leave, as well as twelve paid holidays. Regular, full-time employees earn three weeks of vacation for the first nine years of employment and 2.4 weeks of sick leave.
The city provides a retirement plan to eligible employees through the Texas Municipal Retirement System, as well as a voluntary supplemental 457 deferred compensation plan through ICMA-RC.
The City of Anna contributes to Federal Insurance Contribution Act (FICA) both Social Security and Medicare, a U.S. federal payroll tax.
