2. I hereby request to have my water meter re-read pursuant to the Anna Code of Ordinances Part II, Article 49, Section 2.06. In making this request, I understand that if the meter is found to have been correctly read , I am subject to a $35.00 meter re-read fee as set forth in the Anna Code of Ordinances, Part IV, Article 7, Section 7. Should the original reading be found to have been read incorrectly the necessary adjustments will be made on the subsequent utility bill.
