The City of Anna Engineering Department is responsible for reviewing and approving all new public improvement construction and reconstruction projects within the city limits and within its ETJ. The Engineering Department assists Developers and Design Engineers in assuring that all public improvements for construction are designed to meet current city specifications. 

Civil Plan Review Submittals:

• Civil Engineering Plan Review

Right-of-Way Application Requirements:

• Completed ROW Application signed and dated.
• Certificate of insurance, naming the City of Anna as additional insured.
• Site Drawings must include the following:
  • Prints must be to scale.
  • Show all work on ROW and Easement.
  • All existing utilities must be shown on prints.
  • Bore profiles must be shown on prints. 
• Submit documents to ROW Inbox.

• Master Thoroughfare Plan
• Water Master Plan
• Wastewater Master Plan
