Currently on Display
Currently, the pieces hung in the Municipal Complex are from local high school and middle school students. Annually, the city hosts art shows to display the artwork of the community's talented high school and middle school art students and winners from each age group are chosen by a group of jurors representing teachers, local artists, and actively engaged community members.
This art contest in partnership with Anna High School was created as the Fall 2022 Neighbor Academy’s community project. They sought to create an event to engage youth and increase opportunities for public art within the City of Anna, and ultimately bring a little more life into the Municipal Complex.
