Patrol Division
The patrol division is supervised by Patrol Lieutenant Josh Devore
Patrol is the backbone of the Anna Police Department and the most visible to our neighbors. Our officers respond to calls for service, uphold public safety, and serve the community. They keep a watchful eye while conducting routine patrols throughout the community and neighborhoods and deter criminal activity.
The Patrol division also includes a traffic officer/investigator who educates drivers on traffic laws and road hazards to increase traffic safety, raise awareness, and improve driving behaviors.
The canine unit provides support for patrol officers by searching for narcotics, evidence, suspects, and lost or missing persons.
