You may be eligible to have certain proof-of-compliance offenses dismissed. These include but are not limited to:
Expired violations (includes expired driver's license or expired registration)
To qualify for these violations to be dismissed, you must provide the Court with proof of compliance by your appearance date.
There will be a dismissal fee for these offenses.
Fail to Maintain Financial Responsibility
You must present proof of insurance valid at the time of the stop to qualify for dismissal of this offense.
If dismissed, there will be no dismissal fee.
