The Board of Adjustment hears and determines appeals of administrative decisions, petitions for variances in the case of peculiar and unusual circumstances which would prevent the reasonable use of land and such other matters as may be required by the City Council or law.
The BOA meets as needed to hear an appeal request. The meetings of the BOA are generally held at the Municipal Complex - Council Chamber, 120 W. 7th Street, Anna, Texas.
The Board consists of five members appointed by the City Council to serve for two-year staggered terms.
