About Council Member Manny Singh
Manny Singh brings a private-sector lens to public service, drawing on his experience as an Area Director of Revenue managing complex portfolios for institutional investors and capital partners. He first served the City of Anna as a board member of the Economic Development Corporation, where he was elected Vice President by his peers to help steer the city's economic growth. A graduate of Collin College and the University of North Texas, Manny is known for his decisive leadership and data-driven approach to strategy. He and his wife, whom he met at Collin College in 2014, live in Anna with their son.
