Utility Billing provides multiple options for neighbors to pay their utility bills. Click the link to quickly navigate to information:
The City of Anna is providing easier ways to pay and view your water bill with the launch of InCode. The system offers improved online payment options and real-time consumption data from your utility smart meter system.
You’ll need your account number and last water bill amount to set up your online account in the new web portal. Benefits of creating an online account include:
- Store multiple payment methods
- View and print bills
- Auto-pay enrollment
- Opt for E-bills
If you do not have your account number or most recent bill amount, you may contact our office by phone at 972-924-3325 or by email.
If your service has been disconnected you will need to contact our office at 972-924-2432. A $50 reconnect fee will need to be paid before service will be reconnected.
If you use the afterhours service, a $100 reconnect fee must be paid. Contact after hours 214-585-7725.
The Texoma Council of Governments (TCOG) has funding available to assist with the restoration of household water service for residents in Anna.

Choose a Payment Option
Neighbors may make a one-time payment, set up recurring payments and more via our online portal.
To set up your online account, you will need your new account number and last water bill amount. If you need your account number or last bill amount, please contact our office by phone at 972-924-3325 or by email.
Pay in Person
Neighbors may pay in person with cash, check, money order, or by credit card.
Pay by Mail
Neighbors can also pay by mail. To pay your utility bill by mail, please send appropriate payment to:

Pay by Phone
Call 844-214-6131. Our free automated phone payment system is available anytime to pay by credit card. The interactive voice response system will guide you through the process or view step-by-step instructions.
Pay by Dropbox
Neighbors can pay using the Utility Billing drop box located at 101 S. Powell Parkway on the Southside of the Police Department building. All payments will be checked at 8:00 AM and everything else will be processed the next business day.
ACH/EFT Utility Payments directly deduct your utility bill payment automatically from your bank account each month. Your bank account is charged the full amount of your City of Anna Utility Bill monthly on the due date (or the nearest business day thereafter). The process of setting up a bank draft will take two billing cycles to complete. The first billing cycle will be set up as a “Pre-Note” and go through your bank as a $0.00 amount. This allows the City to verify bank account and routing numbers. The second billing cycle will go through as a “Draft” for the full amount of the water bill. When it goes through as a “Draft” you will receive your water bill with “Draft Do Not Pay” typed on the bill.
ELECTRONIC BILL PAY THROUGH YOUR BANK
Neighbors can also utilize electronic bill pay through their bank. Please be sure that all payments are made 5 Business days before your bill is due to ensure proper delivery and processing. The City of Anna is not responsible if the payment is received late.
