The Annual City Budget is the most important document that is adopted by the City Council each year. In developing this document, a significant amount of time is devoted by City Council Members and City Staff. The Annual Budget is developed through an extensive process of reviewing requests received from all City departments, then prioritizing those requests in a manner that utilizes resources effectively, within fiscal constraints, while working to achieve the City’s strategic goals.
